Shuttle Weather Decisions

During the countdown of a space shuttle launch, there are many intricate details that must be accounted for, from the precise timing of the launch window, to the exact weather in the atmosphere above the launch pad.

Here's Mike McKee of the University of Central Florida with a behind the scenes look at job of the launch weather officer.
