Warm weather is causing quite a dilemma for many ski resorts in the East.

It is getting colder in the region, but it is still too warm for many ski resorts to open.

Here is Greg Pack of the Mountain Creek resort in Vernon, N.J., with more on the challenges he's faced so far this season.
